‘Royal Pains’

Another summer series returns with the second season premiere of this breezy medical drama. Mark Feuerstein plays New York City physician Hank Lawson, who is hired to be a “concierge doctor” to the well-to-do in the Hamptons. Great supporting work from Paulo Costanzo (as Hank’s brother), Christine Ebersole and Campbell Scott. 10 p.m. Thursday on USA (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
